This post will explain how to access your True Self energy. But first, what is True Self?
What is True Self?
True Self is just another name for our authentic self, our higher self, our intuition. when we are in True Self we are open to the Universe. We are open to receive what the Universe has to offer. When tapping into True Self we intuitively know if we are on the right path, or maybe we need to go a different route all together.
Accessing True Self energy means-
That we are present, connected to our bodies, and connected to the creative consciousness, the Universe. We become so disconnected when parts of us take over. When we are running off of invisible scripts from past programming, conditioning, and limiting beliefs. We notice unhealthy patterns and cycles that don’t feel in alignment with our true nature. And they are not.
The most effective thing to do is to access True Self energy. By doing this, we make space between our parts and our True Self. We are able to see things more clearly, we separate the noise of the past. We are no longer functioning on fear and anxiety. When we access our True Self energy we are also aligning ourselves with the Universe. When we access our True Self energy, we can co-create the life we want with the Universe. Accessing True Self energy also means we are tapping into the Creative Consciousness.
The Creative Consciousness
Is our infinite source to perspectives, ideas, and practices, utilized by others around the world. The great thing is, is when we tap into the Creative Consciousness we are downloading these ideas, perspectives, and practices through our own perspective and lens. There are no new ideas, however there are variations based on our interpretation of them. Now that’s a big deal!
But how do we do this?
I have a simple exercise to access your True Self energy. You can do this daily or more. Really, whenever is needed to feel connected, need guidance, download an idea, manifest the life you want…
Here’s a quick exercise to get into True Self with your breath-
Sitting in a comfortable position close your eyes and begin taking deep breaths.
Sending your breath down your body to your root chakra, sacral chakra, hips.
With each breath sent down, you are activating your body.
You can begin to feel tingling sensations, awareness of your body.
Focus on your breath sending it down, grounding you where you sit.
Notice how you feel in your body, observe, no judgment.
Keep breathing into your root.
You are now grounded, present, and in your True Self energy.
